I'm curious if what I experienced was scripted or if I was just guided by the script in my dream to what I need to heal. Cos the dream.... Crazy accurate in terms of inner healing. So relaxed I felt completely weightless, and when I came out of the dream I was still kinda asleep but aware and every area on my body that needs physical healing was tingling or burning or cold or vibrating. I just tried this for the first time I feel very relaxed. This is the longest I’ve been able to sit still for in my own mind other than falling asleep but even then I use background tv to help. I often have dreams of a beautiful life with a husband who loves me and I love and we have a very peaceful life. I look forward to sleeping to experience these times. Different times and people. This life has been emotionally and relationally difficult and chaotic. Is it possible I’m reliving past lovely lives? I wonder what it is telling me and should I just be glad I have had what I wish I had now in this life?
